Position Overview
The Controller is responsible for managing the timely and accurate processing of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and job
costing for all three entities. This role involves all Accounting and Human Resource duties and assists in Office Manager duties.
Job Responsibilities

- Review and approve electronic payroll hours
- Process bi-weekly payroll, including payroll tax payments and quarterly and annual reporting
- Reconcile bank and general ledger accounts
- Post journal entries as required and maintain recurring entries
- Maintain fixed asset records, including tracking capital additions and disposals
- Coordinate depreciation calculations with outside accountants and maintain depreciation journal entries
- Manage the Project Billing Specialist and assist as needed
- Manage the AP/AR Specialist and assist as needed
- Assist in managing all other KSI personnel with the General Manager
- Serve as a link between management and employees, handling and mediating conflicts
- Manage disciplinary actions and terminations as needed
- Conduct the annual insurance review process
- Manage benefits packages, including insurance, 401(k) match, and vacation accruals
- Manage and approve vacation requests for all entities
- Manage and update company policies and the employee handbook to reflect current company needs
- Clearly communicate changes in policy to affected staff prior to the change taking effect
- Compose job descriptions and assist with recruitment and interviewing for all staffing needs
- Onboard all new hires, including reviewing the full benefits package
- Maintain employee files and prepare documentation for employee performance reviews
- Assist in planning employee appreciation events, including birthdays, company parties, and employee gifts
- Assist in shaping a positive work environment, promoting company values, and developing initiatives to boost morale
- Assist in maintaining day-to-day IT operations, including software and equipment updates and data management
- Complete OSHA reporting per incident and annually
- Support continuous improvement efforts
- Perform other projects and duties as assigned
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Accounting degree required; bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum of four years of accounting experience required
- Experience in HR and management preferred
- Experience with sales tax management and reporting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and QuickBooks
- Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills

Position Overview
Under the supervision of the General Manager and in partnership with our Sales Team, our Inside Sales Representatives are responsible for ensuring each customer receives the support and service they need. This includes calling the accounts for regular check-ins, coordinating and scheduling visits with customers for orders, questions, product training and/or warranty claims, providing quotes with up-to-date pricing and product information, and generating personal relationships through conversation where the customer knows their best interests are our top priority. Our representative is also responsible for our social and public image, including managing company websites and e-commerce sales, social media pages, print and digital advertising, jobsite photos, tradeshow registrations, etc.

- Create content and maintain company Facebook pages, websites, digital signs, and literature for accuracy and effectiveness.
- Manage and oversee tradeshow bookings, print advertising, and company vehicle decals
- Set up company booths for trade shows on the company’s behalf and attend as needed (no overnight travel required).
- Seek out new marketing opportunities including radio, print and event sponsorship that are within a managed budget
- Manage website Ecommerce for all products
- Generate and send mass emails and postcards
- Gather and maintain jobsite photos and editing of content using company Drone and Cellphone
- Maintain and order Team Business Cards
- Set up decal appointments and designs as needed
- Call accounts to ensure quotes and questions are answered and have been received in a satisfactory manner.
- Answer phone calls, enter orders and complete pick-up orders as needed.
- Gather, maintain, and file necessary customer paperwork and portfolio information.
- Communicate with customers regarding product availability and order fulfillment.
- Attend and record notes for monthly sales team meetings.
- Other Duties as needed.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Energetic, customer service orientated personality who enjoys working in a team setting and conversating with customers.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, this position includes a lot of phone work and relationship building.

Position Overview
KSI is looking to hire a Territory Sales Representative that will manage, represent and bring awareness to company services and products in the greater Midwest area, and provide excellent service to current and potential Dealers and Distributors that align with our current network.
Under the supervision of the General Manager, and in partnership with their assigned Customer Service Representative, our Territory Representatives are responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers. This position includes travel over the road (up to 25%) to the designated territory, generating sales from cold calls and canvassing for new sales opportunities. They will also represent the company at farm shows, trade shows and other events that may arise and are requested to be attended by our Dealers/Distributors. Travel will be done with a company vehicle, utilizing a schedule prepared in partnership with their inside customer service representative. We will seek to maximize time over the road and travel as efficiently as possible to minimize overnight travel. To do so, this role will often involve flexed hours, meaning this representative should not expect to work a consistent 8-hour day, each day.
Our representatives are responsible for maintaining their territory, managing quotes, customer orders and developing and maintaining relationships. This representative will be required to gather and maintain account information inside the company database, as well as communicate with the team and their inside customer service representatives on the progress of new accounts and scheduled plans and follow-up appointments. This representative will also be responsible for educating and maintaining product knowledge to the customer’s salesforce to help generate sales and increase market share.
This representative will be based out of our Plymouth office.
Qualifications
This representative will be expected to represent KSI in a professional manner.
- Passion for agriculture and providing farmers with quality service and products
- Previous sales experience is required, Ag-based sales experience is preferred.
- Ag and forage-based knowledge is preferred, but not required.
- Can plan efficient travel and schedule appointments with customers / leads and gather appropriate data.
- Comfortable navigating through business platforms like QuickBooks, Salesforce or similar.
- Efficient with Microsoft Programs and other technology
- Personable and able to foster relationships with customers.
- High school degree or equivalent
- Valid Driver’s License

About the Company
KSI Supply is a family-owned company, based in Plymouth WI and in business for over 20 years! We sell agricultural forage storage products through a distribution and dealer network that covers the United States and Canada.
Position Overview
We are looking for multiple Class A CDL Drivers to run both local and over the road deliveries for KSI Supply. We have semi’s with automatic transmission and condo cabs, and we pull Conestoga and step deck trailers. Our drivers are home every weekend, have holidays off and occasionally during the week when possible.
Our deliveries are to agricultural locations in the greater Midwest area, meaning minimal big city deliveries. Seasonal deliveries fluctuate but tend to be between April 1st – September 30th. Outside of that, we do contracted driving with a partner company, where all loads are drop and hook.
Under the supervision of the General Manager, these drivers are expected to communicate both with both the office and the customers regarding timeframes for delivery. Drivers are expected to call customers when they are an hour out, check that the product delivered matches the delivery tickets given and call the office regarding any discrepancies.
Position Requirements
This representative will be expected to represent KSI in a professional manner.
- An average of 2,500 miles a week / 500 miles a day
- Communication with office regarding delivery timeframes to ensure a backhaul can be secured.
- A positive representation of company to customers
- Basic maintenance of vehicle
