Warranty Frequent Questions
Once the credit is approved by the manufacturer, the dealer/customer the bag was sold to will be given two bags. One bag to replace the faulty bag, and one bag to account for the time/labor spent rebagging the material. The credit or bag replacement will NOT be issued until the manufacturer approves the warranty claim, this can sometimes take up to a few months to get approval.

Every BAG ALL silage and grain bag will include a ruler inside the box to help ensure proper stretch bar measurements.
Before filling: The stretch bar should measure 15.7," starting from the outside edge of the line on the stretch bar logo.
After filling: The stretch bar must not stretch more than an additional 1.6."
Maximum final measurement: The stretch bar must not exceed 17" in total length. Do not stretch beyond the “STOP” mark.
Proper stretch bar measurements help ensure the bag is stretched correctly during filling.
Once the credit is approved by the manufacturer, the dealer/customer the silage plastic was sold to will be given credit for the value of the product at the original time of purchase. The credit is on the material only, not the contents inside the material, nor any cost of labor that may be associated. Credit will NOT be issued until the manufacturer approves the warranty claim, this can sometimes take up to a few months to get approval.

Warranty claims need to be submitted within two weeks of the problem occurring. Partial or incomplete submissions will not be filed for warranty. All pertaining information needs to be submitted for a claim to be considered and filed, which is why we ask you contact your sales representative as soon as possible so they can assist in gathering all the data and information needed.
Warranty Terms & Procedures
- WARRANTY: Subject to the terms and conditions of this Warranty, this Prefolded Plastic Bag (herein referred to as the ‘Bag’ is warranted by RKW Klerks Inc. for 24 months in northern North America and 18 months in southern North America from the date the product is put into use against failure due to defective materials or workmanship by RKW Klerks Inc. If the Bag develops such defects within this period, it will be replaced by RKW Klerks Inc. through your authorized distributor or dealer.
- WARRANTY PROCEDURE: The procedure for making a claim under this warranty is as follows: a) Fully complete the Warranty Claim Form; b) attach photos of the bag clearly identifying the problem area, the entire bag, and the BAG-ALL logo; c) provide sample plastic (approx. 2’ x 2’) from the failure point; and d) attach a copy of the purchase invoice.
- LIMITATIONS ON WARRANTY: This warranty only applies:
a) To new Bags used to provide a sealed storage system for silage;
b) To the Customer who purchases the bag from RKW Klerks Inc. or an authorized RKW Klerks Dealer or Distributor;
c) To claims made within two (2) years from the date of purchase shown on the purchase invoice;
d) When there is no mechanical or chemical abuse;
e) When there is no apply to unusual or extreme weather conditions; and
f) To the cost of the Bag only.
This warranty is expressly in lieu of any other expressed or implied warranty of the merchantability or fitness for any purpose intended.
This warranty covers our films when they are used in the United States and Canada. For other areas, please check with RKW Klerks Inc. or a RKW Klerks Inc. authorized representative.
For any warranty claim to be accepted & submitted to a vendor, the Silage & Grain Bag Warranty Claim Form must be completed in full & turned in with all the required photos to our Office. Warranty Claims can only be submitted within two weeks of the issue occurring. Our warranty policy is a “two for one replacement”: Our customer will receive a credit on their account for the price of two bags for every problematic bag that is covered by the manufacturer's warranty , one to replace the problematic bag, & one to account for the time & labor spent rebagging the material.
- WARRANTY: Subject to the terms and conditions of this Warranty, this Plastic Silage Wrap (herein referred to as the ‘Bale Wrap’ is warranted by our distributers for 12 months in northern North America from the date the product is put into use against failure due to defective materials or workmanship. If the Bale Wrap develops such defects within this period, it will be eligible for warranty through our manufacturer and KSI Supply through your authorized distributor or dealer.
- WARRANTY PROCEDURE: The procedure for making a claim under this warranty is as follows: a) Fully complete the Warranty Claim Form; b) attach photos of the roll and/or bales clearly identifying the problem area, the entire bailing area, and the core tag ID; c) provide sample plastic (approx. 2’ x 2’) from the failure point.
- LIMITATIONS ON WARRANTY: This warranty only applies:
a) To the Customer who purchases the bale wrap from KSI Supply, and/or an authorized KSI Supply Dealer/ Distributor.
b) To claims made within 12 months from the date of purchase shown on the purchase invoice; and within 2 weeks of the noted issue
c) When there is no mechanical or chemical abuse;
d) When there is no apply to unusual or extreme weather conditions; and
e) To the cost of the wrap only.
This warranty is expressly in lieu of any other expressed or implied warranty of the merchantability or fitness for any purpose intended.
This warranty covers our films when they are used in the United States and Canada.
