For KSI Supply Forage Storage Plastic Products

1. WARRANTY: Subject to the terms and conditions of this  Warranty, this Prefolded Plastic Bag (herein referred to as the ‘Bag’ is warranted by RKW Klerks Inc. for 24 months in northern North America and 18 months in southern North America from the date the product is put into use against failure due to defective materials or workmanship by RKW Klerks Inc. If the Bag develops such defects within this period, it will be replaced by RKW Klerks Inc. through your authorized distributor or dealer.
2. WARRANTY PROCEDURE: The procedure for making a claim under this warranty is as follows: a) Fully complete the Warranty Claim Form; b) attach photos of the bag clearly identifying the problem area, the entire bag, and the BAG-ALL logo; c) provide sample plastic (approx. 2’ x 2’) from the failure point; and d) attach a copy of the purchase invoice.
3. LIMITATIONS ON WARRANTY: This warranty only applies:
   a) To new Bags used to provide a sealed storage system for silage;
   b) To the Customer who purchases the bag from RKW Klerks Inc. or an authorized RKW Klerks Dealer or Distributor;
   c) To claims made within two (2) years from the date of purchase shown on the purchase invoice;
   d) When there is no mechanical or chemical abuse;
   e) When there is no apply to unusual or extreme weather conditions; and
   f) To the cost of the Bag only.

This warranty is expressly in lieu of any other expressed or implied warranty of the merchantability or fitness for any purpose intended.

This warranty covers our films when they are used in the United States and Canada. For other areas, please check with RKW Klerks Inc. or a RKW Klerks Inc. authorized representative.

For any warranty claim to be accepted & submitted to a vendor, the Silage & Grain Bag Warranty Claim Form must be completed in full & turned in with all the required photos to our Office. Warranty Claims can only be submitted within two weeks of the issue occurring. Our warranty policy is a “two for one replacement”: Our customer will receive a credit on their account for the price of two bags for every problematic bag that is covered by the manufacturer's warranty , one to replace the problematic bag, & one to account for the time & labor spent rebagging the material.
